At Tobacco Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
